We are the eastern counties arm of Brain Tumour UK, the national charity founded in 1997 to provide support, information and education about brain tumours, and to raise funds for brain tumour research and support for patients.

Brain Tumour UK East offers patient & carer support groups in the eastern counties: the first group began in Cambridge in September 2006 as part of our development plan to improve support in the eastern counties - where it matters to you and those close to you. Our Norwich group followed in June 2007.

Monthly meetings led by experienced hosts take place regularly in Norwich and Cambridge.

Cambridge Brain Tumour Drop-in Group 2.30 - 4.30pm meeting on the 4th Friday every month at The Wallace Centre, 7 Red Cross Lane, Cambridge - only 4 minutes walk from Addenbrookes Hospital, 28 Aug / 25 Sept / 23 Oct / 27 Nov / Dec tbc

Norwich Brain Tumour UK Drop-In Group NEW TIME 1.30 - 3.30 p.m. at the Big C Cancer Centre, Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. Regular meetings held on the first Wednesday of every month. Laughter and fund-raising are features of the group. 2009:  1 July special event contact for time/venue / 5 Aug / 2 Sept/ 7 Oct  4 Nov / 2 Dec. New Year 2010 6 January
